Can't place 4x4 items in cloud rows

    The only 4x4 item I seem to be able to place on my cloud rows is a sail factory workshop. I have 4x4 giver items in my inventory, they just don't show up as options when I'm trying to fill a (non-themed) cloud row. There's a row on page 21 of my beanstalk which currently has a sail factory in it that I'd like to remove and replace with one of the 4x4 decorations in my inventory. Could you help me do this? Thanks!

    Hello dappashan,

    The Comic #6 row is themed and only the deco items for that row can go there. If there is a greyed out picture after deleting an item, only the one shown can be used.

    I am not a mod, but..... is there a chance you did not delete the 4 X 4 item in question, put it into storage first? Or, are you trying to place an upgraded item? I made both of those mistakes before (and posted here).

    Thanks woody, I think I checked on those things and I definitely had a couple of 4x4 items ready to go. I did notice they were both upgraded items (not upgrades, items I could place on a field but had presumably been upgraded in the past). Are those not allowed? I deleted another 4x4 from my meadow and couldn't find it in inventory -- Ding Dong Dash -- is that one now gone forever? I did find something I could place, finally. What classes of items are disallowed on the non-themed cloud rows?

    Yech, beanstalks! So frustrating!

    upgrade items are not permitted in the cloud rows (only non-graded base items), or decoration only items that give no EP/CCs or the newer seasonal gifts from neighbours.

    Hello dappashan, :oops:

    I have checked your rows and the Sail Factory seems to be successfully placed on the Summer giveaway unthemed row, which should not be possible :eek: I would like to ask you kindly to contact Support and have it removed by the Team via the administration tools because i can confirm that it cannot be removed in game. Please do mention the missing Ding-Dong-Dash.

    Is there anything else we could assist you with?
