Bug Cinema: Movie starts to load and then "no movies"?

    Hi,

    I just wanted to watch a movie. It started to load (black screen with blue "loading timer") and then suddenly I got the message, before a video is actually shown:
    We're sorry but there are no available videos right now. Please check back again later.

    Up until now, when there are no video's, I don't get the black loading screen. I just simply get the message there are no videos.

    So..... What was the black screen with the loading timer? That was not a movie?

    Hello Sheriziya, :oops:

    Could you please try to clear your browser cache and cookies as well as your Flash cache, then make sure that your Shockwave movie player is up to date , and try opening the Cinema again? If you can try in a different browser as well, it would be great. If this continues happening and you cannot access other movies, please let us after multiple attempts, and we will check if you are accessing the same video that could be broken, or if something is wrong with the cinema.
