Cinema?

Is the Cinema on the blink again can you please advise.

Could you please let us know exactly what problems are you experiencing with the Cinema? ​

 

the cinema tells you to click the cross in the right corner. Dont do this, instead scroll down and you will see the reward button, you have to do this every time you visit the cinema. hope this is helpful.

 

Nothing comes up on the screen, it doesn't even have the message "sorry, there are no movies... blah, blah..."

This not the issue, there is nothing happening in the movie pop up... but any way thanks for trying to help me

Please try to clear your browser cache and cookies, as well as your Flash cache , then try again. If this doesn't solve the problem, make sure that you didn't install any ad blocker since the last time you accessed the Cinema without problems. Are you able to try a different browser as well please, just to see if it's working there?​

I will leave the thread open for you to update us after trying the troubleshooting steps, and be able to assist you further if you still experience issues. No rush in closing threads We can keep them open for weeks and solve the problem whenever is possible.

 

One other thing that might help, at least for me in Firefox:
Rightclick in the frame where the movie is supposed to play or the message is supposed to appear, then -> This Frame -> Reload Frame

In my case I always get the message there are no movies, unfortunately. I really wish there were.... But anyway, I'm digressing. These steps always help in at least getting the message and if I remember it correctly it also helped in showing that one video I did get to watch (something about Spartan game or something?).

It was my new Antivirus! A few days ago I had bought a new Antivirus and I did not set it up properly...but now it's fixed...so there is NO problem with the Cinema, it was me
