Client download

    Hi I have tried to download, restarted my PC, downloaded again, but can't log into the game. Each time I do it takes me back to the download page. What is going on??? I play on a laptop with Windows 10, is that the problem?

    Hello madmax41,

    Have you tried playing using Unity? You do not need to download anything, just play in your regular browser. Here is the FAQ for the Standalone Clint if you wish to keep trying that avenue of playing.

    Hello, I have tried that and that did not work either. It takes me to the download page I was on yesterday and downloads ok, but I cannot access the game

    If you access the Game through Unity, a newspage informs you of the availability of the Standalone Client. You just need to close the newspage and the Game should load normally.

    If you downloaded the Standalone Client, once installed, it places a shortcut on your desktop. This is the icon to click to open the Game.
    Are you able to access the Game from either version?

    Just the clarify....you've tried both the Unity WebGL (accessed with browser) and the Standalone Client that you download and cannot play with either version?

    What browser are you using?

    Since you have multiple downloads, please try to delete the files and then reinstall the client to see if that resolves the issue. What happens then? Can you log in? Do you get an empty white page?

    We understand your frustration, but please keep trying. We'll help you sort out which option works best for you. :)

    What a pain in the neck, had to uninstall my browser with the game then restart the game in another browser and download again. Surprisingly it worked.... so far.... Thanks for your help, this must be a busy time for you mods looking at all the issues. You may close this thread
