cloud rows not resetting after cooldown

i am finding that the cloud rows, after the cool down time is done, can't be activated... the button remains grey-ed out. this doesn't happen every time, but more often than not. refreshing the game seems to fix it, but is a really annoying bug. i haven't recognized a pattern to this anomaly but will keep this post up to date if i see something relevant.

There are no reported issues with the harvester. Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache to see if that solves your display issues.

i guess this is the first reported issue then

i had the same problem again this morning. refreshing the browser does resolve it. i did notice some more details...

for the row that did not reset, the box that normally contains the time ('New in xx:xx:xx h') was blank. after refreshing, the button was active again and the box did not appear. i had one more idea... i am wondering if the leaving the cloud row panel with the button that finishes its cool down time visible (ie you don't have to scroll to it next time in the panel) will make a difference. i will report that result here later and then this thread can be closed. i hope this is helpful in finding the bug.

I can confirm the same issue.

Like that part of the game has lost contact with the server.
If I change from Favorites to All and then do a ctrl + F5 to refresh
I am returned to the main map.
I go back to the cloud row and I am back in Favorites like what I had done previously was never saved.
If I close the browser and restart it, all is fine.

I also experience same issue. Like spudsy2 reported the time box on the row stays blank and going out of CR and then going back does not resolve the problem. Only F5 or logoff/logon fixes this issue.

 

ok i set up the cloud rows so the next row to finish its cool down period was not on the current page (so you need to scroll down to see it). in this case the button worked as it should. maybe that is the difference... doesn't work if it is left on the current page.

i have no more to add to this thread.

to the other posters.. thanks for your support. i hope we gave the developers enough info in this thread to figure this bug out.
