Coconut Gifts

I have missed some coconuts because I did not have internet access. Others have stated that they have had a problem with the coconut unlocking and then resetting itself as locked later. Techs have said that this is not possible.

I don't know what the problem is with the coconuts but I have had a similar resetting problem with field crops and pens being harvested and then they show up as not being harvested. Usually it happens while I am playing the game but it has on an infrequent basis harvested the crops and pens and then an hour or so later when I check back to the game my fields are not harvested. These problem usually occur when there is a timed event going on. It usually doesn't effect just one area though. When it happens it is all fields and all crops/pens and also EP givers in the park area.

Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache. Also check that you have the latest version of Shockwave Movie Player installed.

This is not a problem with my computer because it has happened on my computer, relative's computer and library computers. It usually happens when there is a timed event (could this be because of all the computer traffic on the farmarama site?). In the past I have restarted my computer and sometimes it helps (coincidence?) and sometimes it appears to be just a short term fix. It also does not affect just one area (coconut gifts) in my experience; it has affected the harvesting of crops, pens, stables and trees and on all fields.

 

it is more likely to be a holdup somewhere between your computer & the farmerama servers. Try doing a ping or trace to the BP servers to find where the delay occurs. Unfortunately BP have no control over delays outside there own servers.

 

Not saying that it is BP's fault; just saying that this could be the same problem the "re-appearing coconut" people are having.

As far as doing a ping or trace I'm just not that computer savvy. Also, since using library computers most of the times the computers are not mine and I do not have administrator access/permission to perform any tests/traces.

I apologise for the very late reply, and I appreciate your concerns but sadly no possible explanation was found for the coconuts being locked apart from not being unlocked at all - as you have read in the statement posted at that time.
