Download Client for Farmerama not compatible with my Chromebook/device

Hello!

Topic/thread name/issue/exct.: Download Client for Farmerama not compatible with my Chromebook/device

I'm/my device/chromebook says that it is not compatible with the farmerama download client thing. I don't really know what to do. Also when I am playing in/with the Unity version when I click a certain thing such as just for example the wintertide lopalalooza event when I click it it loads it up and before/when I go to do the event/select one of the different characters or the one on which it comes up selected already the game kind of freezes for a few seconds then my screen goes black then dark grey then it goes back to normal but the/everything inside the wooden frame on/in the game is suddenly just a dark like grey and I can't do anything and have to keep reloading the game and everytime i do/click that event in the unity version of the game and/or sometimes other parts/places/things in the game the same thing happens all over again. Also I do not own my own phone or other similar like device(s). If anyone could help me solve/figure this out or just/anything like that please let me know. The brand/version of my chromebook is a Chromebook 11 from/made by the company of dell. My browser is for that of google. Thanks and hope everyone is enjoying the holidays as well.

We understand your frustration of having difficulty loading the game. Have you checked that your device has the minimum requirements needed to launch either the WebGL or the Standalone?

Since you are having trouble with the Standalone client, please try to log in with your Chrome browser. Does that fix the issue?

As far as I know I have always been logged into my chrome browser as that is the default browser that I have. Would by any chance it get fixed if I restart to update my chromebook because I need to do that for a short while now but other than that though I don't know as my device I play farmerama on is over 5 or 6 years old.

 

You can try updating your chromebook to see if that helps. Also note that Unity is now the default client when loading your Farm. For a short period, you can continue to use the Flash client by clicking the link at the bottom of your Game Frame.
