Farm wheel freezes

    Hi,
    I spun the farm wheel earlier today for a party spin and the spin just froze the whole game after spinning incredibly fast for a short time. The party spin was deducted from my total number of available party spins all the same. I had to reload the game after that.
    Same happened just now with a normal spin.
    Did I still get prices? If yes, I would like to now which ones.
    Thank you for your help.

    You can check your prizes by clicking on the "reward" tab on the prize list. If you need your account checked by an Admin, you will need to post your ID#.

    Okay, I found the rewards in the history of the winnings.
    Could someone look into this problem in general?
    Shooger.Sweet would it be possible to inform the Tech Team that the farm wheel is not working properly?
    And do you need my ID# for that?

    We will pass on that info to the Game Team. You can try clearing your browser cache and cookies and clearing the Flash Cache to see if that helps resolve the issue.

    I suggest you kindly to take all the common troubleshooting steps on your end, because the Farmwheel is working properly, so something must have get it stuck for you. :(

    If it happens again after taking all the glitch-troubleshooting steps and you need further assistance, do not hesitate to open a new thread.
