Game doesn't load

Hey all,

I've got two accounts: Sheriziya and Arwiyaeth.
Sheriziya works perfectly, but I can't seem to be able to get into the game with Arwiyaeth (ID: 34400582). I can login, but the game hangs on loading. It's sticking at 32% loading.
It's not just one time, it's every time I tried it today. Weird thing is, when I load the game site and log back in with Sheriziya, the game loads perfectly for me again. When I log out from that account and try to log back in with Arwiyaeth, I get stuck again.

All I see is the initial Christmas loading screen and the loading flowers with the sheep in the wheel barrow, but nothing else....

Is there any way to solve this problem on my side? Or is this a server side issue?

Hello Sheriziya,

Can you try clearing browser cache and cookies and also clearing flash cache. Also you can try re-setting your modem.

Did that solve the log in issue?

 

Hey Shooger Sweet. I had already done that. It's a no go......

Those were the first thing I did and then I tried to log in with Arwiyaeth.... no go. When I tried to login with Sheriziya I had no problems. It's pretty weird.

Can you please try a different browser as well? Also, can you please let us know if both accounts are opened through Farmerama, or if you have registered via a partner? ​

 

To answer the last question first: both accounts are registered through Farmerama, or at least I think so. I know 100% certain I registered Sheriziya through Farmerama. I thought I have done the same with Arwiyaeth, but that's a couple of years ago, so I'm not 100% sure about that.

Also, just to be completed, today is the first time I'm encountering this problem.

I use Firefox as my main browser. I've just tried Google Chrome and unfortunately I get exactly the same result.....

Okay, thought I'd post an update here. I'm aware it's a double post, but I hope this will help with a solution.

I've cleared my browser's cache, I've cleared my cookies, I've cleared my Flash cache, I've tried two newly installed browsers (chrome and Opera, and newly installed as in: installed today specifically to see if this would solve this problem), I've restarted my modem, but nothing helps. In the other browsers I get exactly the same problem.

Is there's anything else that can be done to solve this problem? Or is it something server side?

I have the same problem. Can't load past 26%...that's why I haven't been playing. This is a different computer so it will work on here.

 

@ grllvs2hnt, do you only have this with one account? Or with multiple accounts? I have the problem with only one of my two accounts which is very, very annoying.

 

I only have one account. I cant log in with my work computer (which is newer and better than my home one) I got soooo mad I almost gave up and quit playing the game completely. I clear out everything on a daily basis at work.....now today the wheel wont work either.

 

Ah, that's not good indeed! I really hope the mods/tech guys can find a solution for my particular situation. One account I can play without any problems while the other won't load on the same computer, with the same browser, etc.......

I am sorry to hear this did not solve the problem and you are still not able to access the other account. If you are logging into the game through our website, www.farmerama.com, it means the account was registered through Farmerama directly. ​

There are no server issues at the moment, and I was able to access your account without problems, all the fields loaded fine. What I can also advise you is to try disabling Pepper Flash in Google Chrome, the built in Flash player, following the steps described in this thread. If this doesn't help either, try uninstalling Adobe Flash completely, then try logging into the farm (the Arwiyaeth account), and follow the steps on screen for installing the latest Flash player version.

My default browser is Firefox and that's what I use to log into the account. Chrome and Opera was merely to test it out.

I'll try to uninstall Flash and re-install like you suggested. I'll let you know how that works out. Thanks for the patience!

I am indeed logging in through www.farmerama.com so that account was indeed registered through Farmerama itself. Ah, good to know ​

I've de-installed Adobe Flash, restarted my computer, tried to login to my account, followed the steps and downloaded Adobe Flash and re-installed.... Still doesn't solve the problem. Just to be sure I've cleared all cookies, etc. again, but alas, no dice....

Since I can login with my Sheriziya account it's almost like my Arwiyaeth account can't connect properly to the server anymore. I'll keep on "fiddling" to see if I can find some kind of solution.

ETA: Okay, believe it or not, I found the problem. Suddenly something clicked. It occured to me my hubby used my headphones and unplugged them from my computer. I plugged them back in and now the login goes through. I had disabled all the sounds in my Sheriziya account because at that time it was interfering with a tutorial I was watching (quite confusing and funny to hear farm sounds when you're watching a tutorial on game building and there's no relation to farm sounds in any way in that tutorial). I simply hadn't thought about that!

I'm so glad I finally found the solution!!!

So... withouth further adue.... NFQ and this topic can closed.

Perhaps it is something to include in the FAQ or tech solutions or something/somewhere? Perhaps someone might, unknowingly, run into the same problem

I am happy to hear it works now. However, with all due respect, and please don't take it the wrong way we will not include this in any FAQ, as the headphones can have no effect what so ever on this - it is most definitely a coincidence. The worst thing caused by the headphones could be you having trouble with the music / sounds on the farm, but it will not interfere with loading the game. But I am really happy both accounts are loading fine for you now.
