Game freezes while writing messages

Game freezes after 2-3 minutes while writing a message in the Post. It doesn't happen anyway else, only while writing a message. I cleared browser cookies but it didn't make the trick. It became really frustrating to write a message over and over again till I can write fast enough before it freezes again. Is there any solution for this?

were you writing a new message or replying to someone? Is there difference between these two actions? Does the game freeze on both cases and every single time if writing takes more than 2-3 minutes?

Have you tried with standalone? Does it freeze with it also? How about another browser? Is the issue there too?

Generally while writing a new message it doesn't freeze. When messages stacks up while replying, it freezes. Longer the message goes, faster it freezes. So i think if I write new message long enough, it will probably freeze too.
I can't use standalone so I do not know about that. Game doesn't open on standalone, it stays at %100 on loading screen.
I use Chrome, just tried it on Edge and it froze there too.

It sounds like that for the first aid you could try to instead of replying for very long message chain to just write new message. In the meanwhile I'll forward the issue to the Game Team for check-up.

For the stuck loading on standalone, have you tried F5 when it does that?

I started to just keep the last message on the message chain and delete the older ones when I am replying. This way I can write fast enough before it freezes.

For the standalone client, F5 doesn't work. Yesterday I wondered if it would open if I waited long enough. I left the client open for the night. 8-9 hours later, it is still stuck, sheeps are still running

has it been like that since the beginning? Have you ever been able to login on Standalone Client?

It might sometimes require using F5 to reload the app couple of times.

If it once worked, have you tried to
1) uninstall the app
2) restart your computer
3) reinstall the app
4) restart your computer again
5) try to login via standalone, if not successful, close the app
6) login via browser
7) Try again to login to SAC, please remember to make sure you're logged out before attempting to login Standalone Client.

I did as you guided but it didn't work. My computer and internet connection are very good so I don't think they are the problem but it could be actually my computer since I did delete and add some system files. This is not the concern for me as long as the browser is working without problems. I will write again if ever I am in need of the standalone client

I hope the freezing problem on the message chains is solved though. I can live with deleting older messages while replying but it is somewhat inconvenient to not being able to read the whole conversation in the same mail.

The freezing problem on the message chains will be forwarded and I'm certain some way to solve it will be found as soon as possible. But I cannot tell how long it will take.

Hi all I would also like to add that I am having the same problem with IGM freezing when you try to send messages. I have 3 browsers I have tried it on and it is the same thing. Also my neighbors from the UK and India are also having the same issue. I live in the USA
so if you could please let the Game Team know we would all be very happy!
