Gifted cupcakes missing?

Hi, it seems the remaining cupcakes that weren't planted are missing.
I have had a look in the decorations and also browsed through the complete inventory but they aren't showing anywhere.
I planted 185 cupcakes, donated 175 XL ones and have 10 XL's in the inventory but the unplanted ones are gone.
Can you tell me if that is normal? And will they be exchanged for XP/CC?

Your 10 XL Cupcakes are still in the barn and you also have 40 basic Cupcakes in your inventory. These will be converted into EP and CC at some point tomorrow, as mentioned in the FAQ:

• 1 Cupcake = 3 EP + 3 CC
• 1 XL Cupcake = 10 EP + 10 CC
