Halloween Cloud Row Issue

    For some reason, even after the 24 hour cool-down time is completed, the individual givers on my Halloween Cloud Row still have the little lock icon next to them, and if I want to reactivate the row, I have to press the circle button several times before I get the desired result. This has happened several times now. Thank you for your help.

    It sounds like you are experiencing either a glitch, displaying the row as locked after it is ready;
    Either everything is working fine but the lock is still there because there are a few minutes left. You will see the row displaying "0h" left when the countdown is under 1 hour.

    Please be so kind and try to clear your browser cache and cookies, as well as your Flash cache .
