    I have played this game for years try to submit issue thru normal way .. would not let me. Harvester is not working at all on the island. this is frustrating just trying to get help... I have cleared any browsing history etc.

    The harvester appears to be working correctly on the island as well. Clearing your browsing history does not help in any way though, I am sorry - what you need to clear is your browser cache and cookies, as well as your Flash cache , as described in the threads linked here, and then try again.
