harvester not working.

I used a harvester, but though I have over 20 hours left, its not working. I had to manually harvest my magic glade, it only harvested 2 units of my regular glade. I wanted to use builder to put in 1 X !. I have to leave for work, so my fields are not being planted... GRRRR!

and I could not even finish harvesting the rest of my fields.
I am losing a whole shift, and several hours of my harvester.

Have you tried to clear your browser cache and cookies as well as your Flash cache? ​

 

Yes, I did. I had just a short amount of time, so could not go through the whole explanation or do a lot of monkeying around. I did, however, do a quick reboot. Even so, I lost a whole harvest of event items.

Also, my auto-harvest function did not work earlier. I had to harvest my trees manually. I wound up switching over to manual to take advantage of a buff, but am hoping it will work now, since I am not staying up to finish the step.

This morning, it does not look as though my auto-harvest credited all the EP I should have earned, the rewards were what I had earned before I went to sleep.

Also, sorry this wound up being a double post. I began the threads a disparent times and in my rush/worry/frustration over the general harvest function, I completely forgot about the prior auto-harvest issue.
