    Hello PradaFun,

    I have moved your thread to a more appropriate area.
    The normal amount of Neighbours you can have is 18 (17 plus yourself). You can open 6 more Neighbour spots using the Neighbour Rune in the Tree of Wisdom and buying a Premium Package gives you 8 more spaces for Neighbours.
