Have you tried to uninstall the standalone client and download it again to be sure you are using the latest version? If using Unity WebGL, please try a different browser to see if that helps. How long does the black screen last? If you wait a few minutes, does the game load?

Have you tried to login to Unity through the browser? Perhaps you would have better results from Unity WebGL. You can still log in to Flash until midnight tonight CET.

Have you tried to clear your browser cache and cookies to see if that helps. Can you also try deleting your current version of the Downloadable client from your desktop and try reinstalling it again from the layer when logging into your farm on a browser to see if that helps. If you post your ID# I can also try clearing your server logs to see if that helps.

Can you tell me a bit more about which platform you are playing on and which browsers you have tried? Are you running the most current version of your web browser? I logged into your game using Unity on the Chrome browser and the game loaded fine. Have you tried uninstalling the downloadable client and reinstalling it again from the link on the layer when logging into your browser?

The Game is no longer supported in Internet Explorer. After installing the Downloadable client, did you try restarting your computer to see if that helped.
It may be that your operating system is too old. You can see the requirements needed to run Unity here and the Standalone Client here.
You can also try to make sure that you do not have any other programmes running at the same time and if possible, try turning down the Graphics quality and turn off animations in Game settings to see if that enables you to play.
