LAND ISSUES.

    I seem to have a land issue on my park page. The problem is that it's saying that I have to buy the last piece of land, which I had already done a long time ago, and I am not going to pay for this again. I don't know why it is like that but I hope it can be fixed. Here's a copy of the page showing the erroneous action.

    Hello Prunella80,

    Did you open that section using CC's or did you have a premium membership that could have expired?
    Can you please try clearing browser cache and cookies and also clearing the flash cache.

    Did that solve the problem? Can I assist further?

    Thanks for replying Shooger. Yes I had a premium membership that expired around Christmas and I have to now wait tilll the first of February to get that started again. I had the 6 month membership and now I have a monthly one on till the first. I will try to clean my browser cache. I don't know how to clean my flash cache. Perhaps you could direct me on how to do so. And then we can take it from there if you would like please. I sure do appreciate your assistance.

    Okay I have cleaned the browser caches etc. with my CCleaner. Here's a pic to show what I did so far.

    That area was not unlocked and when your premium membership ended on the 1st of January, your items returned to your inventory and that area was locked again.

    You can unlock that area with CC's to avoid interruptions when a premium membership runs out or temporary with Gold/Diamond memberships.
