    When I log into my account, it logs me out after a couple of seconds. Is this something on my end, and if so, what can I do about it? Thanks. ID: 43324712

    Elva -
    Check that you don't have your account open again elsewhere (ie in another tab or on another browser). If your account is logged in multiple times at the same time, it will log out.

    Thanks, squigglegiggle :), but I checked and I've only tried to open my account in one window. :oops:
