Magical stalk sale

Hello I am trying to buy items from the Magical Stalk sale and can't..it says your cart is empty sorry that item doesn't exist or hasn't been released...I can buy other items just not these items....what do I need to do????

If you still aren't having any luck, please give us a screen shot of what you see when you can't check out.

Please try purchasing these items by clicking on the small plus sign next to them, this should take you the shop, where you will see all the items. Try adding one of them to cart - are you able to? ​

 

It's to late now I missed the sale ...I did try to buy the Archery Basket and the same thing....I do buy the other items all the time just can't buy things with baskets or specials.. I don't know what to do

I can and do buy rent-a-friend, starter kits, advantage packs, premium pack and game currency....I have never been able to buy and specials or events specials like with the extra bow and arrow items..

At the dawn of yet another event with seasonal baskets that require a cash purchase, has there been any news on this issue? Will the third party players have any options?

Sadly, no. I have asked for an update yesterday morning since the event was close, and this morning I was informed there is no update on this matter yet. It is indeed affecting all the BigFish customers, so all I can advise you at the moment is to contact Support and hopefully find a temporary solution for this issue.​

 

I am having an issue too, regarding buying the storm baskets. Bigfish is telling me the baskets aren't there

Just letting you know I was able to buy a basket on this event...I could only buy 1 out of three different ones but that's better than none like before....Thank You for your help....
