Missing Icons

Hi, Just wondering if I am the only one who is missing some of the icons. Instead they have in their place a red triangle with an excavator and a wondlerstable shed inside it. My fennel, passionfruit, gerbera, kohlrabi are just a few of them. Also when I brought my water I checked the drop bar and it shows the same thing. Could one of the mod's please look at my account.

Could you please be so kind and clear your browser cache and cookies, as well as your Flash cache, then check again? This can occur due to outdated cache, so it should be easily fixable by these troubleshooting steps.

Hi Teddy.bear,
I just cleared all caches and cookies. Turned game off and restarted it and nothing has changed.
What can I do next.

Also just cleared my Flasher just in case it was playing up. And still have no icons.

No. Mine are gone since yesterday.

 

No still not there. It is strangle as not all the crop and animal icons are missing. I have just cleared all the caches and cookies.
It doesn't effort the way the game is playing only the icons. As I don't know why they are not there and nothing else is playing up. I will have to live with it.

 

Could you please post a screenshot of this issue? Have you tried a different browser as well?

I've tried to do screenshots but they have not worked. I followed your post on how to do it but it did not work. Getting fustrated now will try again tomorrow.

I am sorry to hear the screenshot didn't work - where did you get stuck? I was thinking earlier - do you allow enough data to be temp-stored? You can check the online Flash manager here, you might be able to increase the allowed storage space and this might fix the issue as well.

Thanks Teddy.bear, I will see if I can get a tech guy to look at my computer in the next few days to see what he can do. But thank you for your help. I'm just getting to fustrated with it. I will let you know if he can fix the issue what ever it is and I will let you know what is going on with it in a later thread. You can close this thread now if you want.

My icons look like bygo_cris, in the Czech Roots quest. they are even the same icons missing as well. I have tried using different browers. I tried Opera (which is the one I use all the time) , Google chrome, Msn, and the same thing nothing changes. I used Google Chrome and went though Pigpoint games (I use SyFy games to play this one on Opera) and started a new farm and Yes still the same missing Icons. I am really stuck to know why this is happening. Everything is clear and deleted and nothing changed. So I don't know what else to do.

 

Not trying to hijack a thread, just pointing out that I, too, see these default icons. Only for my trophies while moving them though.

Can you let us know what Operating system your PC is using and what version of Chrome and flash player you are using?

 

Looks like I'm not the only one missing icons. more and more players are coming forward.
Windows 7
Chrome version 42.0.2311.90 m And it said that it is up to date.
Flasher player is Version 17.0.0.169 said it is the lastest.
If I'm not the only one could it be a bug some where. And if you want, you can let other people use my thread as well. Just in case you have alot of the same threads written up.

 

The icons on Xcarf's screen shots, are the same symbol as what is on my game. Not all icons only some.

The problem is most probably the latest Chrome version It would be great if you could try a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox. There were a lot of changes with the latest Google Chrome update so it's best to try something else. Opera might work fine too . Please be so kind and let us know if the situation is the same - I am really sorry for all the trouble.

I use Opera to play this game.
Just got told that Google chrome has given the finger to Mircosoft and refuses to use any of their products any more.
Just downloaded Mozilla Firefox. And saddly "no".
Problem still there when I go though there browser.

The icons have come back. Sorry for being such a problem with it all.
And thank you for all your help. It was very much appreciated.
Been told also that many games will now be effected by the Google browsers. Some people who want to play games it is best to use a different browser from now on.
