missing winter board game prize

i played the winter board game, collected a box of prizes, when opened i won a wampee tree. it is not in my directory, it has not been accredited to my account...it has disappeared!

i didnt get it from the wonder trees....i never said that!
i landed on a spot going around the board that had a crate of something to collect. the crate had a purple bow or butterfly on it??? when i collected the crate after landing on that spot on the board, it opened and said i had won a wampee tree. straight after that, the game malfunctioned and i got logged out automatically. i then had trouble trying to log in for the rest of the day.

i know i saw a reward for a wampee tree.
i did land on the "Piccolo" Wonder Box. can you check that the prize from that was a Crate O' 2016 Goods from which i was awarded the wampee tree? is that possible?

 

Piccolo Wonder Boxes do not award trees.

The Crate O 2016 Goods does award Wampee fruit and if you click on the crate to see its potential contents, the icon does look like a tree but it is fruit.

You've opened 1 Crate and it was a ladybug.
