Moringa pod tree(s):

I have opened the moringa pod tree (with golden bananas), but cannot find my (purchased) trees in my inventory. I have cleared cache and cookies, and run CCleaner.

Would someone please look into this issue?

I have an additional issue, in the way my farm runs. Do you want to fix everything at the same time? The addition issue is, the move option does not work correctly. This has not worked correctly for months (and I have given it over to technical support in the past with no resolution). When the move option is initiated it will only allow one move and then it turns off. It is suppose to stay on until I turn it off, just as the delete option works.

Hello BonbonQueen,

Opening the Statues only allow you to purchase the tree or sell the fruit in the market, you need to Open the tree section of the Red shopping basket on Bahamarama and buy a Moringa Tree.

For the move problem, you need to go into Game Settings ( the gears at top right of game) and choose Game settings. You need to turn off "Alternative Build Mode". Once saved, refresh your game.

I have purchased moringa trees in "the tree section of the Red shopping basket on Bahamarama" and the tree(s) are not showing up in my inventory. Prior to posting, I purchased another tree and it also DID NOT show up in inventory. After the confirmation I posted my issue, so I am still missing moringa trees that have already been purchased. I do have the option in the store to buy moringa fruit, but no trees in (already purchased) in my inventory.

I have checked your logs and there is no transaction for Moringa trees, regular, XL or XXL. If you could tell us when you think you have made this purchase, I can check what you might have purchased instead.

I had made the purchase (security purchase)right before posting this thread. I went ahead and spent money today, and was able to receive and place a moringa tree.

However, I have another issue with my game. I thought it would go away, when the event went away, but it is still happening today.

When I go from the main field to the green meadow it shows me the main field. Today it show the green meadow for a flash and then showed the main field, again. Would someone look into this hiccup, please.

As for the other glitch you are experiencing, I have to advise you to please be so kind and clear your browser cache and cookies as well as your Flash cache, and try again.
