Movies

For the last two days I have tried to watch movies but each time I click on the "play movie" button it just flashes and returns me to the town square. Usually if there were no movies available I'd get the sorry no movies available on a blank movie screen. Is this something new?

Could you please try to clear your browser cache and cookies as well as your Flash cache, then make sure that your Shockwave movie player is up to date , and try opening the Cinema again? If you can try in a different browser as well, it would be great. If this continues happening and you cannot access other movies, please let us after multiple attempts, and we will check if you are accessing the same video that could be broken, or if something is wrong with the cinema.

Hi teddy -
Just for data purposes, mine cleared up on its own about an hour later without me having to do anything.

 

about an hour after I posted my issue I tried one more time and the movie started working. Like Squiggleegiggle I didn't have to do anything. I will keep in mind what you said and the next time this or something else happens.
