Need a Mentor

Hi, I just set up my farm and need a mentor. I've been waiting a couple of days now and am wondering if there is something else I need to do.

Just one Question.. shooger.sweet can you explain for all people's .When and where we have access to mentoring system.what that mean "mentor". I not remember exactly , maybe 18-20 months ago I've applied for a Mentor and still I don't know ,I'm Mentor or not.. Thank you ..

I am not a mod but you can find the answers to your questions in the Mentoring System FAQ.

I believe you're supposed to get an automated message when you're accepted into the system, as well as a game pop-up alerting you to the arrival of your first chickadee. Chances are that if you had already been accepted as a mentor, you would know.

Unfortunately, all old mentor applications were deleted from the system back in September. So if you're still interested in becoming a mentor, you will have to reapply.

 

I've never saw any popup alert about chickadee , and trust me guys I log every day into game...

 

My point was that if you didn't see a pop-up message, you were probably not accepted into the system as a mentor and will therefore need to reapply.

 

I can't do that, don't ask me why..( bug or error in my account). Don't have any button to reapply.

 

To apply for a mentor position, head on over to the Farmhouse, select the Chickadee Roost, and click on the Join button.

Sorry smarek35. I assumed it wasn't possible for you to still be on the waiting list if you applied 18-20 months ago. My bad. I guess they didn't delete all old mentor applications, only some.

Are you the original OP?

If you do not have an "apply" button, then you are already on the waiting list to be made a Mentor.

That means you are on the waiting list. It may take some time before you get accepted.

I'm the OP and am wondering what is meant by 'soon'? I expected hours and its now been a couple of days. If I understand the FAQ, I should be getting pens and stuff from my mentor to help get the game moving. How do I get them without a mentor?

 

You are a Chickadee, waiting for a Mentor, not waiting to be a Mentor (my bad)

We cannot say how long it will take to get a Mentor. You may reach level 40 before one is assigned to you As was announced in a previous Producer's Newsletter, the Mentoring system has some flaws, but they are not working on changing that at this time as they are focusing on new content.

Again, I'm not a mod but you can buy all standard stables and some upgrades (as well as other things that you will need for your farm) by clicking on the red shopping basket in the navigation bar on your left



which will take you to The Shopping Centre in the City.
