It doesn't matter what level you are, as long as you are active.

I'm looking for a few good neighbors who will send tool boxes or pheromones on a somewhat regular basis.
If you do not do this, please don't send me a friend request.
I play daily and rotate through my neighbor list to send gifts (usually event drop, seasonal deco, or tool box.)
Happy to send what a neighbor prefers if they let me know.
