park field fade to black

    immediately after going to park field, game window going fade to black and i can do nothing except to reload the IE.
    after reloading i must quick press the farm map button or else the game window again fade to black.
    shipwreck bay and other fields are normally accessible.
    any suggestions?

    browser: IE 11 ver. 11.0.9600.17280 with update 11.0.12
    adobe flash player ver. 15,0,0,167
    W7 pro 64 bit SP1 with all patches up to date
    MS Security Essentials with definitions 1.185.3135.0

    Please clear your browser cache and Flash cache as well, then try again - your Park appears to be working fine.
