Paypal has gone missing!

What happened to PayPal? I hope this is a temporary glitch. PayPal is still listed as a payment option listed under the Bank FAQ and it was still there a short time ago. Now it is suddenly gone!

 

It still shows on my farm....maybe try to refresh your browser or log out and sign back in.....maybe it's just a visual glitch and it didn't load all the payment options....

You can try clearing browser cache and Flash cache to see if the payment method shows up.
The methods listed under the FAQ are examples, and payment methods depend on your geographical location, and can be removed/added at any time.

I just cleared my browser cache and Flash cache, logged out and back in, and PayPal is still not there. If PayPal is "geographical" , it definitely still is available here in Southern California, since it is what I continue to use for internet payments. So, if it is no longer available, BP took away the option for only some locations?? (since it is still available for Michael).

 

Can you tell us what you are attempting to purchase?

 

Right now I'm sitting in Bulgaria, so it's a bit off from your location....but I'm still convinced it is only a temporary thing for you.....just try again later....at one time it didn't show me payment by credit card, but it returned a few hours later.....

Shooger - I'm trying to purchase the harvester helper subscription. I have bought that for many months using PayPal. I just tested it on buying BB and it is also not available for those; again, something I have purchased using PayPal many times.

 

I can only advise you to try again later. We will try to get an update from BP tomorrow.

Will leave thread open for further news.

I might have; I'm not sure since I've been playing for 3 years and I log in directly from www.bigpoint.com/farmerama

EDIT: PayPal just now reappeared as an option. I hope it stays as it is the only way I am willing to pay on the internet. It was really making me sad that I was probably going to stop playing after so long because I can't see that I will enjoy this game without the harvest helpers!

Thank you for letting us know - if you log in through bigpoint.com it means you registered directly though the company, not through Wild Tanget as partner, so the initial assumption was wrong. I am happy to hear it reappeared for you!

We'll always find a solution don't think about quitting so quickly.

I will leave the thread open in case you experience problems again in the next days.
