photo fix.....please?

Sure hope you can help me with this one! I still can't take a picture of my farm and have it show up in the post. It will show a photo for review, and says 'publish photo'. I click on that and it takes me to the proper place, but the photo doesn't show up. Just a note saying that this farm has not published a photo yet.
Can you help me with this please?

Please try clearing your browser cache and the Flash cache as well, then try again. If this does not help, please try a different browser as well, and let us know if it works there, or if you are experiencing the same issue.​

 

Hi, Teddy....I have followed all your instructions, several times, and still...no photo. This is sooo frustrating! Is there anything else I can do....or perhaps from your end..???

I am sorry to hear this didn't help. Could you also let us know please which 2 browsers have you tried, so we can look into this matter further? Also, is it ok if I try taking a farm photo of one of your fields?

To answer your question....I use Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. I t doesn't work on either.
Is it possible that I could have turned it off somehow?? If so, is there a way to reverse it? I hope it couldn't be deleted! (Could it?) (O.K.....whenever you are through laughing (with me)).

Well ... I have good news, I hope I managed to take a photo of your green meadow without any problems, just by clicking on the vintage camera icon in the upper right menu, and publishing the photo. I closed your game and went back twice to check, and the photo is still there, displayed as your photo. Are you able to see it ? Can you try taking another picture in a little bit ?

You couldn't have turned it off *whew* or deleted it. So everything's good, we can relax and laugh

Hi, Teddy....Well, there is good news, and some bad news. There is indeed the photo you took showing on the screen - good news! So I tried to take other photos - of the same field, and of another. The bad news is that None of my photos posted from my side of the screen - only the one you took, and it stays there....no new photos allowed.
What gives with my camera???
Soooo glad to hear I can't turn it off or delete the function!!!

P.S. I think my brain fog cleared enough to think I might remember what this problem is......but I'd like to hear it from you to be sure. (errrrr, how long do I have to wait between photos?)

I am sorry to hear it still doesn't work for you. Someone must have broken your camera The cooldown time between pictures is 2 hours, and you will see a warning message if it's not time to take a new photo yet. ​

Please follow all the steps in this FAQ then try to take another picture. Please use both the upper menu button, and the Take photo button from the Post Office building, and let us know how that goes.

It might take me a little while to go through all your really good suggestions as I'm not familiar with a lot of this stuff, and so have to take the time to figure out what it all means, does, and relates. But with your help, I'm starting to get familiar with this incredibly complicated computer - and it's FUN! LOL ..(Just time consuming).
