Production time in workshops is wrong

I just collected products (sheep's wool, ostrich egg, honey, etc) on my farm, cleaned, fed and watered, and all timers were then at 23:11 or something like that. Watering should have brought them all down to 21:30 (or thereabouts) as it usually does.
I logged out and back in to make sure it wasn't a connection issue.
Am I missing something?

Can you try and clear browser cache and cookies and also clearing the flash cache. Did this resolve your display issues?

The problem isn't with my display, although I did clear all caches to be sure.

Watering production workshops should bring the time down by 10% (it has every other day), but today it only brought the time down by a few minutes. The time is still incorrect.

I started and watered them at 7:30, after water time should have been 21:30 or so to make the product. Instead, watering only brought time down to 23:11.
I don't think it's a display issue, the timers are still wrong after all caches are cleared. They now say 21:44, and I started them over an hour ago. Time should be under 20 hours by now.

The problem is that when I watered them, it didn't reduce the time by 10% as it should.

 

Times are reduced as follows:

10% from Stable Master rune brings time to 32:32
10 % from Artisan Ace rune brings time to 29:09
20 % from water brings the time down to 23:19

This is correct for a 36 hr production pen.
