Receiving gifts clarification

    hello, i got a message from a user , saying he/she sent me a cheesecake so i have 2 questions

    1. how does one do that ?
    2. can you please check the logs ?

    Hi Brakta :)

    1. To send a crafting product, go to your barn, click the "pantry" tab, choose the product you want to send and click the gift symbol below. Then you can choose a player to send it too from your neighbor/friends list. You can also send gifts from the artisans buildings.

    2. If you want to see if you received the cheesecake you can check the gift log from the news page. Open the news page, go down to "your gifts", there all recent gifts you have received are listed.

    Does that answer your questions?

    thank you for the players name suggestion , i was just thinking of that before reading your message

    1. i found it but the send gift button is not active, maybe because i've sent all the gifts for today , also that player is not on my friends list

    2. i already checked that before posting on the forum


    I did used some EP givers last night and I do seem to remember having some cheesecake there that I was wondering when I bought it, but as I do buy everything I find at a good price I didn't put much thought into it, I was also very tired and don't remember exactly

    As -Mir85- has kindly indicated the answer to both your questions, the only thing I can add is that the news page can be opened from the top menu bar, item 5

    Edit: we appear to have posted at the same time :)

    You can only send gifts to players in you friends list, further details of how to add friends and send gifts cn be found in {FAQ} Neighbours & Friends. If you have sent all your gifts for the day, then you cannot send artisan products.

    PS: i seem not to have 2 of those 8 items, i do have the chat icon but outside of the menu , i guess you used an older picture ?
    i have no idea what the horse icon is all about

    yes the horse seems to have been removed (it did nothing anyway), but the chat icon should be there, as well as on the farm frame.

    Can I be of any further assistance?
