Rotating flower disruption.

    On my main farm on a large plot of land (that will not appear) is a rotating flower which prevents me from planting. I have even turned on and off the site as well as the computer to see if this helps...it does not. I am doing or trying to do Czech event.

    I have done all that you have suggested and the rotating flower is still there.
    Need further assistance please.

    I am happy to report that finally it appears my rotating flowers is gone that started yesterday and continued half of the day today. I thought someone would be interested in the outcome.
