Screen problem

Greetings, it just happened that my game screen had slide a little bit down from under the frame which gives the impression that there is two screens on top each other, I still can play the game but its its annoying, I tried logging in out many times and no use even the down loading screen can be seen that it is down, is there any thing that can be done, I will be grateful if somebody check it out.
note: my farm ID is covered by the new position, so I cant tell my ID.

 

Things like that are usually a browser or screen setting on a specific computer. Have you tried turning your computer off for a few minutes, then turning it back on?

 

yes, I turned the computer off for more than 6 hours and the problem prevails, and it is a new computer and all the things newly installed and updated, I think it is not local problem, other stuff works just fine, to be truth I have to try another browser yet, I am using firefox, I will check and tell you

Oh you are wright, it is the browser, internet explorer works fine, it is just the mozella fire fox, sorry for the trouble, and I appreciate your help

I am happy to hear it works on a different browser. This means that clearing your browser cache as explained in this thread should fix the display in Firefox, and allow you to continue playing there.
