Spa Sensational

I think I opened up the spa rune, but when I go to build it the icon pops up stating I need to open it.
I believe I have opened it as well as the confectionery which is working.
I guess I need some guidence if this is not the case since I used most of my stars

I'm not using the Spa Manager and/or the Alchemist too often.....and I forgot how I got there.....under the following link you can check up on the details on how to become a Spa Manager (I think most important: you have to be at Level 70 at least)

Since I just logged on and started to harvest the fields my owl which has always worked did not give me the extra 10%.

Thank you very much for your kind words, it's a pleasure assisting you and thank you for posting your ID - unfortunately, I don't have great news for you : What you have unlocked is the Spa Sensational rune indeed, first level, which grants you a boost of 5% more points when mixing goods in the Spa - the Spa Manager rune on the other hand, which costs 150 stars, is not unlocked. We are not able to assist you with this matter, but you can try contacting our Customer Care Team - while I will report this issue to the Game Team - without having the Spa open, you shouldn't be allowed to unlock boosting bonuses for it.

As for your owl, it looks like everything is working correctly, but there could have been a small display glitch, not updating the EP given with the buff applied, so I suggest you kindly to clear your browser cache and cookies, and the Flash cache.

Unfortunately when you say clear your browser cache and cookies I tend to go to the cabinet and eat cookies that how much I know about computer lingo. I did notice with the owl that two owls appear and I get 10% out of the second one. I hope this is a glitch.
It sounds like I wasted at this time all my stars, however I will look at the positive and chalk this up to learning. I may take your suggestion and contact Customer Care team since you highlighted it in green. Wherever you are from I hope you have a nice evening and if I need further assist I will contact you.

Hello mangovillefarms, that was adorable .

But if you click on the green links / words, you will be taken to the FAQ that (hopefully) explains the process, with images to make it easier, and it's not that complicated (again, I hope) so you should be able to clear your cache and internet cookies (don't eat them! ) - after you do it once, you will be doing it easily the next time.

It sure is a visual glitch if your owl has a twin - the nest is really small and two owls don't fit in there As for your stars, I really hope, due to the circumstances, that they aren't lost.

I got a late start on the farm and I was going to contact customer care team but staring at me was some of my stars back in there place. I am a happy farmer. The twin owl seems to have left as well. All is right on mangoville farms. I am glad, eating all those cookies last night made me toss and turn all night. I will work them off today harvesting and tending to the animals.
