unable to get daily spin and gift

Hello - I am not able to get on to any areas of my farm except the main field, can not collect daily gift and spin either. My computer died and I have been off the game for more than two weeks but am still showing green, is there a general problem ? As you will appreciate I am keen to get on and weed all my fields..........my name and ID Spindlewood 024254. I have the same problem on several of my farms but first one I visited is fine so am wondering if it is a general problem ?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache? If using Chrome, make sure the Pepper flash has been disabled. Did this solve the issues?

Thanks for the reply, I am on a brand new computer so would think there would be no browser cache or cookies. I am using chrome but not sure how to disable pepper flash - sorry but will not be able to read any reply for at least 12 hours but thanks for any help.

Thank you shooger.sweet, I tried the link (sorry had not realised it was one) I only have the first section of what you show which includes Pepper flash but that is all that is showing, I do not have the second windows section you show that includes macromed so can not delete as it will delete the whole greyed out section ie all of flash player. However today on this farm I was able to get my gift and spin, but on the other farms I am still having problems, on my main farm no problems at all. It is really weird as all are on the same computer. As I mention it is a brand new computer so I do not have a cache to clear I will persevere with the other farms in the hope that I can sort the problem, have you any other suggestions? to recap If I click on fuzzles then I can not access the gift table I am also blocked from getting to any other section of the farm - so I refresh, I am then able to get anywhere except fuzzles, fingers crossed that by going in to flash player to look I may have solved the problem...... I will try again on the other farms now, thanks for the help -Lynda

 

Just to update you I have now been able to access all of the farms daily gift so everything is back to normal. I have no idea why the glitch was happening as I have not altered anything. It is another Farmarama mystery, thank you.

 

Glad it is all back to normal. Using multiple farms, some of the data stored on the PC can sometimes get muddles, maybe that was the reason.
