Unable to progress with quest

I have completed the silver 5/10 level of the garden expo quest; although I have crops to deliver the game does not allow me to start the silver 6/10 level.

I have refreshed, closed the game and restarted, and closed my computer and restarted, however nothing has worked, Please help.

If it is a browser or flash player issue, you'll need to empty the browser and flash cache, as described here:

Other than that, do you have the required crops unlocked already?
Red Cabbage, Broccoli, Sugar Beet and Garlic

Maybe it doesn't let you progress because you are not at the required level for one of those crops...in this case I think Red Cabbage is the culprit for being the highest level crop of them.....

Hello bert721,

I have checked your logs and you are now at level 70. To be able to donate goods to it further, you need to have access to all the crops. You have unlocked Sugar beet (level 67), Broccoli (level 68 ) and Garlic (level 69), but you still need to level up and get access to Red Cabbage (unlocked at level 71). As soon as you level up, you will be able to start donating the crops.

I beg to differ. I am unable to deposit crops only in this quest. Other quests where I have not yet gotten a certain crops will let me deposit the other crops. Specific example is Gaga for green level 5/8 I have no peppers but I can deliver olives (which I have).
Also all other quests give me the option to "finish now" where I can pay with BBs, no level in the Garden expo quest gives me that option.

I believe there is some other problem and ask for someone to investigate further.

I am sorry, but there is no problem and it does not to be investigated further again - the peppers are tropical crops, so that is a different case. The Garden Expo works as intended, this issue has been brought up several times in the past as well. As soon as you level up, you will be able to make the donations. Why the difference? We don't know. But you will be able to progress through this quest, and donate them all at the same time, after leveling up. I'm sorry this is not what you expected, and I'm sorry I don't have better news for you.

In general I am satisfied with the functioning of this game, this particular "difference" is inconsistent with the other quests and leaves the player confused. I am but one of many who play the game and therefore have little sway with the workings of the FARMARAMA universe, however I am surprised that this particular quest works differently. Maybe some sort of disclaimer in the quest description would help those who are accustomed to things working the same.

Since nothing is "wrong" and I have been informed of how to proceed, I thank you for your time and request that you close the thread.
