What Happened?

    All morning long from 8:00 am til 10:15 am I tried to log in into farmerama and could never connect. The couple of times I managed to get in the game would freeze not allowing to do anything. This happens in the middle of two events, Neon & Baby boom. I have wasted my power feed in breeding houses I could not collect in time, could not harvest my crops and my trees...Really disappointing!! I hope there is good explanation

    Hello Dididoo,

    Sorry you were not able to log in, however,there were no reported problems with the Game. You can try to clear your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache to see if that solves your display issues. You could also re-set your Modem to see if that helps as well.

    There is nothing we can do after the problem has been sorted out and you can log back in. If you are unable to access your farm, please contact Support as soon as possible and the team will assist you with this matter, please never wait until you can get back on the account / forum :( .

    If there are global issues however, they will be announced via the forum, so it would be great to check the official announcements prior to submitting a ticket.
