Event Plant: Powder Puff Plant (can only be planted on Main field)
    Drops:

Soot from Crops and Trees on 3 Main fields and can also be gifted
Magnifying Glasses only from Trees on 3 Main fields

Mill product: Detective Tools - 170 Powder Puff Plants and 17 Soot

We receive one Detective Tool free and there are 119 mini games in total so:

    118 x 170 = 20,060 Powder Puff Plants
    118 x 17 = 2,006 Soot

I will play this as far as I can but no way will I be aiming to finish ... way too many crops for one field. :wuerg:

    Good luck all!

    The Great Chase V

Event plant - Powder puff plant
Plantable on the Main field only!

    Event drops -

    1. Soot - from crops and trees on the 3 main lands only.
    2. Magnifying Glass - from trees on the 3 main lands only. (This drop is optional not needed to finish the event.

    Mill product
Detective Tools - 170 Powder Puff Plants + 17 Soot

    For Cloud row :
    100% extra EP/TEP for 6 hours, 1 x Crate O' Emeralds
70 games have to be played.
1 game is offered free at the start.
So for 69 games which means 69 mill products, we need
11,730 event plants and 1,173 soots.

Event crop is plantable only one 1 main farm. So 3 harvests a day is must.

    For Main Game Rewards:
    It requires 119 games,
20,060 event plants and 2,006 soots

    For Point Rewards :
    It requires 27525 points
    which approximately might be got from playing 204-306 games;

204 games, if you can get 135 points each game
    204 x 170 = 34,680 event crops ( 57 harvests + 480)
    204 x 17 = 3,468 soots

306 games if you earn an average of 90 points per game.
For it you need 34,510 - 51,850 to plant
    and 3,451 - 5,185 soots.

The Magic Hat (+) decor requires 15,540 points, which is 116-173 games, ie 19,550 to 29,240 event crops

THANK YOU, Illy and 12ss12 for starting the threads and Farmers.Almanac for merging them so we have all the info in one place!

I am in all the way on this farm and sewinglady's. The 'teenager farm' will go as far as it can and reap whatever rewards it can.

I was a tad disappointed in the rewards this time around - no jumbo trees or BB trees - at least not as far as I saw. But, there are still very nice rewards to be had - neon stables (CROW and CUCKOO ROOSTS are of particular interest to me). Lots of season points - and they are mostly in the lower end, so you don't have to do the whole event to get those (nice!).

Okay, so my strategy was honed the last time around, and I think I know what to do now - If you want to get all the way to the end, you'll need to choose the long-timed mini-game where you find 60 items in 90 seconds. It's the only way to get enough points to reap all the rewards. It might be prudent to have a look-see with the shorter, "find 10 items" option the first time you play a scene, then switch to the longer game after you've got a feel for what items are where...at least that's what I'm aiming to do.

Anyway, we've got today to revamp our main field and get it ready...work, work, work. Isn't this supposed to be a game? Isn't it supposed to be fun?

The Magic Hat+ deco item, available for 15540 points, is worth 4BB x 40 harvests = 160 BB. Well worth aiming for!

I think we are getting new pics for this event but we will probably get the ones we are familiar with too. I have copied the link to the previous version of this event where SahraB shows all the items we needed to search for - I have placed it at the bottom of my first post for ease of finding.:)
Thanks SahraB, hope you don't mind me using your post here! ;)

Thank you illy and 12ss12 for putting this altogether and illy for adding the link to the last event from SahraB. I'll have to go and look at that shortly.

WOW hit a 200% 12hr harvest bonus on the windmill right at the start :D:D:D:D getting 20 per 4x4 with the other bonuses at the mo. Should get a good start :music::music::music::music::music: on both main & baha :):):):)

Guess who was also lucky (200% harvest bonus)? :inlove::D:D

To anyone who has 200% or more harvest bonuses - consider using comfort fields + supergrow + supergrow bonuses. You can get really high harvests from small amounts of supergrow that way. I used 80 party spins (I've been saving them, I had 600) to get a 200% and a 100% bonus on the wheel (plus a couple of +1 bonuses which I'm leaving out of calculations). Added to a +100% plant revenue bonus from my inventory will get me 400% bonus, which works out to 10 per 1x1 field but a massive 75 per comfort field. I've got all my supergrow bonuses running so a comfort field takes just 2 hours 20. So the whole main farm costs only 44 supergrow and returns a colossal 3,300 plants, in just under half the time that normal fields with no supergrow would take.

Wow you guys. I have barely seen a harvest bonus since before MM, let alone hit one. Went through over 100 spins last event and got nothing. Fingers crossed.

-edit- Yay, got one 200% bonus on spin 99. The wheel has definitely changed since the kracken went on. A lot of harvester bonuses. In those 99 spins, ignoring tree, stall and workshop bonuses, the 200% harvest bonus showed up 3 times (3rd times a charm), the 100% 5 times and the +1 7 times ( I got 1 of these). Sheesh. Maybe I have just been very lucky before.

There are a few differences in the pics, I notice that there is not a sledge in the current one. ;)
